Mock Filet Mignon

- 1-1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. minute rice, cooked
- 1 small onion, grated
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- Bacon
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
Preheat oven to 450°F.
In a large bowl, combine the meat, rice, onion, sauce, salt, pepper and garlic.
Mix well. Form into 8 patties. Wrap with the bacon and fasten with a toothpick.
Bake for 30 minutes. In a small saucepan, combine soup with the milk.
Heat to boiling. Spoon over meat.
