Southern Cheese Dip
(Personally Tested by the Prudent Cook)
A staple of office potlucks, I have many memories of smelling cheese dip cooking
all morning and trying to concentrate on work until lunchtime.
- 1 lb. roll breakfast sausage
- 1 large Velveeta Cheese, cubed
- 1 small can chopped black olives
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies
- 4-6 green onions, chopped, to taste
In a skillet, sauté the sausage; drain well. Melt cheese in the microwave, then
pour into crockpot. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Heat in crock pot and serve
with tortilla chips.
