Baked Pork Chops

  • 2 to 4 center cut boneless chops
  • 1/2 c. Italian-style salad dressing or cooking oil
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the salad dressing or oil in a small flat dish. Place the bread crumbs in another flat dish. Dip both sides of the pork chops into the dressing or oil. Coat the pork chops on both sides with the crumb, salt and pepper mixture. Place the coated pork chops into an oven proof glass pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until pork chops are fully cooked.
