Alfredo Sauce #1
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesann cheese
In medium saucepan, combine ingredients. Cook over medium to low heat until smooth. Remove
from heat. Sauce will thicken upon standing.
Alfredo Sauce #2
- 1/4 stick of butter
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- cooked pasta
In medium saucepan, melt butter. Once melted, stir in whipping cream. Cook over medium heat
for about 3 minutes. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cook for an additional 5 minutes; it should
be rather thick by this point.
Add cooked pasta to the sauce and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
